Lehigh Canal at the Weissport Trailhead Cleanup

If anyone is interested, there is trail cleanup work to be done along the Lehigh Canal at the Weissport Trailhead. We'd love to see you out there! I
might add that there is some great single track waiting for you after the cleanup!

When: 1:30 - 4pm on Sunday, June 28th.
Where: Weissport Trailhead - Lehigh Canal

There is much to be done along the path and at the trail head. There is an opportunity for some in-the-water work if anyone is interested (we need to
get our favorite tree out of the locks). There is also tree-of-heaven to be pulled/cut along the river side of the canal heading towards Jim Thorpe.

To be on the safe side, bring gloves (we may have some available). If you can bring a bow saw, that would be a help. Water, saws, rakes, and shovels will be provided.
