I mentioned this at yesterday's trailwork session...
Before heading to Sals I grabbed breakfast at my usual weekend place in Easton, where I overheard the owner and two customers talking about "mountain biking behind St Lukes."
So, I butted into the conversation -- "You ride over there? I helped build those trails! I'm going over there for trailwork right now!"
Long story short: Yes they ride over there, they raved about how good the trails are and thanked us for the work we did building them. Needless to say, I was pretty psyched.
He likes Sals, his place gets a plug: Coffee Exchange, corner of Bank & Northampton in Easton. Mucho recommendo. Coffee, bagel & someone else's newspaper -- it's how I start my "selfish day" every Saturday.
