I just barely made it out of Sals the other night before the sun went totally down.
And, I noticed that Geomangear has a new U.S. made battery available for the Magicshine lights, which is pretty much the only light I can justify affording, as much as I'd like to drop a bunch of benjamins on a Lupine setup.
Thus, it occurred to me that a minimal investment in a Magicshine system would allow me to get some riding time in during the week without having to skip out on dinner with the family unit, or putting my son to bed, which therefore leads to a happier and more supportive-of-my-MTB'ing-hobby fiancee.
So yeah, do you guys ride alone there at night? I kinda think that it'd be safe, but not sure. Maybe I could just keep some pepper spray or something on my person.
