I have an older 26" mtn bike. 3 spd in front, 9 in rear. Rapid fire shifting with an xtr rear derailleur. The springs went in the rear derailleur and the local bike shop said they don't make an xtr anymore for it. Any suggestions for a new one? Want something equivalent to the xtr. Thx
